Materials

  • Less than 1 Skein Medium Weight Yarn – Pink 
  • Less than 1 Skein Medium Weight Yarn - White 
  • Crochet Hook: J / 6.00 mm 
  • Embroidery or Sewing Needle to weave in ends 
  • Scissors 

Ribbed Rows Portion

ROW 1: With your pink yarn, chain 13. Single crochet in the 1st chain from the hook. Single crochet in each chain to the end of the row. (12) 

ROW 2 - ROW 100: Chain 1, and turn the project. Single crochet in the back loop only of each stitch to the end of the row.  (12)

Slip stitch Row 1 with Row 100 to form the neck portion of the cowl. Ensure not to twist the project. 

Rounds Portion

ROUND 1: Chain 1, single crochet around the now formed rows 1 to 100. The final count of single crochets for this round may very but try to perform approx. 100 single crochets around. Slip stitch to the initial chain 1 to complete the round.

        **Tip for this round: single crochet 1 time at the top of each row.

ROUND 2 - ROUND 6: Chain 1, and turn the project. Single crochet in the each stitch in the round. Slip stitch in the initial chain 1 to complete the round. 

Fasten off the pink yarn. Fasten on to the white yarn. 

ROUND 7 - ROUND 15: Chain 1, and turn the project. Single crochet in the each stitch in the round. Slip stitch in the initial chain 1 to complete the round. 

Fasten off and weave in all ends.

Keto Costco Ultimate Shopping List

I love Costco for Keto friendly foods! Bulk size and alot of the time you pay regular sized prices! It may be a big bill up front, but in the long run you will save. I would say that’s a win-win! If you are following Keto, you will notice that the more that you plan the more successful you will probably be. But who has the time to write down what we eat and then make the food. Here I have taken out one of your steps. It is a great tool if you are on week 1, or week 20! Time to choose between : The Busy Bee or The Adventurous Creator!
